Q: I am a practitioner, how do I create an account?
A: Click HERE, fill out the form and we will create an account for you.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can order one of three ways: online, by email or phone.
Online: We encourage you to visit our online formula builder at https://medicamedicinary.dispensarytree.com/. This tool has up-to-date information on availability, cost, and estimated delivery times.
Email: info@medicamedicinary.com Please include the following:
- Practitioner Name
- Practitioner Contact: email, phone
- Patient Name
- Patient Contact: email, phone, shipping address (if shipping)
- Responsible party for payment – practitioner or patient
- Any markups to the cost of herbs (percentage or fixed price)
- Formula ingredients and dosages
- Prescription Dosage
- Refills, expiration and any special instructions

Q: Do you sell to the public?
A: No. We are a practitioner-only pharmacy and require verification of licensure.
Q: What brands of herbs do you carry?
A: We primarily carry Evergreen Herbs, the industry leader in high-quality herbal powders. We also have a few select herbs from Treasures of the East and will try to accommodate special requests.
Q: Can I modify classical formulas?
A: Absolutely. We welcome modifications based on your clinical experience.
Q: Is there a minimum order size?
A: No minimums. Order what your patient needs — no more, no less.
For Patients
Q: How do I get a refill?
A: Please ask your provider about refilling your formula. If they have allowed for refills, it will be available in your account.
Q How soon can I get my order?
A: We are typically able to fulfill the prescription within 1-2 business days of when the order has been purchased. From there, you have the option to pick up your order at our Beaverton office or have them shipped to you.
Q: How do I take the herbs?
A: Give your herbs a good stir before adding them to hot water to drink. Dosage instructions will be given by your provider, but please reach out to them if you need further instruction.
Q: Are there any side effects to taking herbs?
A: Please check with your provider for any potential side effects you may experience with taking herbs.
Q: When will I see a difference while taking herbs?
A: Depending on what issue you are trying to address, the healing time varies. Please speak with your provider to learn about the outcome expectations of taking your herbal formula.
